Anna Valuev

I hold an A.B. in Government from Harvard College (cum laude) and an MBA from Harvard Business School. With 6+ years of experience in admissions advising, I also have a background in strategy within the education sector.

At Harvard, I studied Government and focused much of my research on education and the power of community to positively impact academic achievement. After that, I worked in strategy consulting, focused on the education sector, engaging with non-profit advocacy organizations, institutions of higher education, and private equity firms investing in EdTech. Next, I served as Deputy Director for an innovation lab within the U.S. Census Bureau, where I launched a university-focused program, with which institutions including Harvard, Columbia, Georgetown and others partners.

Throughout my professional career, I have continued to advise dozens of applicants annually through the college and graduate school admissions process. I help them secure acceptances to colleges where they are fulfilled and which meet their families’ financial realities.
